M. Clarine Wilhelm, 87, of Custar, Ohio died Sunday, June 27, 2010 at the Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center, Defiance, Ohio.

March 16, 1923-June 27, 2010M. Clarine Wilhelm, 87, of Custar, Ohio died Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center, Defiance, Ohio.
She was born March 16, 1923 in Glandorf, Ohio to the late Urban and Mary (Giesken) Quinn. On May 4, 1946 she married Carl R. Wilhelm at St. Johns Catholic Church, Glandorf and he preceded her in death on January 19, 1997.
Clarine was a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Louis Catholic Church, Custar and its Altar & Rosary Society; and the Norcross-Meyers Post 305 American Legion Auxiliary, Custar.
She is survived by two daughters, Diane (Jerry) Yungmann, Deshler, Ohio and Linda (James) Weaver, Warsaw, Indiana; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; five sisters, Mary Louise Deters, Glandorf; Jeanette Bowers, Elida, Ohio; Dorothy Schmenk, New Cleveland, Ohio; Mary Jane (Gene) Steckshulte, Kalida, Ohio and Betty (Paul) Steckshulte, Columbus Grove, Ohio; and three brothers, Carl (Skip) Quinn, Cincinnati, Ohio; Robert Quinn, Glandorf and John "Jack" (Jean) Quinn, Pemberville, Ohio.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Marie Wilhelm; two sisters, Margaret Steckshulte, Emma Deloris Quinn and three brothers, Cleatus "Jake" Quinn, Louis Quinn, and Richard Quinn.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at St. Louis Catholic Church, Custar, with Fr. David Tscherne officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery and a luncheon will follow in the school basement.
Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Wednesday at Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler where a Rosary Service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Visitation will also be 10-11 a.m. on Thursday prior to the mass in the church.
The family suggests memorials to St. Louis Catholic Church.
